Safari Screen Jump in full screen

Hello, I have a problem on safari. The screen jumps when I watch the videos on full screen. It does not happen in Chrome. It is a specific problem for safari when it is in full screen. I am currently on the latest update. I have a 13 inch 2018 macbook pro. Do you know any solutions?

Turn off integrated graphics, its a known bug, there are more threads that talk about it, supposedly apple is working on a fix.

It looks like 14.4 update fixed the issue...
