Safari Scroll Bar Showing

For some reason, my scroll bar is showing up the entire time. I liked the old way, with the grey bar that faded away when you weren't scrolling. How do I get it back?

Thanks very much. I had previously left a USB mouse plugged in from Windows gaming, and OS X didn't recognize that I had unplugged it.
