Lately Safari has been losing the vertical scrollbar about once a day and the only way to get it back is to quit and restart the program. Curiously, when the scrollbar disappears I'm also not able to usr PAGE DOWN on the kb or to scroll using the wheel on my mouse 
I've searched for answers on Google, but found nothing that is relevant to my problem. Any ideas?
