Safari Scrollbar on the fritz...!

I've attached two file - both are equally baffling. I've got my scrollbar set to windows mode - so the up arrow's at the top and the down arrow's at the bottom, but every now and then - this happens! It's really weird and I only notice it now and then!

Any ideas?

Sounds like a bug in the drawing routines. That phantom scroll bar is where the change window size widget is supposed to be, but because it moved with the advent of brushed metal, you get weird stuff like this.
