Hi how do you change the safari search bar the your own search engine instead of the preinstalled once?

I don't think you can - you can just use Google, Yahoo!, or Bing.
There may be a plug-in that enables what you want, so you could check there. Or just make the plug-in yourself

Hi, have a look at Glims for Safari, It has tons of search engines plus you can edit your own ones, eg: google uk/es/de or amazon.com/co.uk/fr etc.
