Today, something happened to my Safari and the search box size has been reduced to about one half. That's really annoying, because I can't see search suggestions that I get and I just installed Glims (which include an Inquisitor-like feature).

What's worse is that there seems to be no article about this on the whole WWW.

An important fact can also be that I installed Megazoom lately, which is a SIMBL extension for resizing windows to full-screen in all Cocoa apps.

Do you know a way of resizing the search box to its default size? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Deleting the com.apple.Safari.plist (User > Library > Preferences) file will reset Safari to it's default preferences, search bar included.

No...just put your mouse pointer between the search field and url field and drag it back over to the left.

Thanks so much, I messed with 'Customize Toolbar' so much that I didn't notice the cursor change in regular mode.... :D
