I’m pretty sure that I’ve been getting this since iOS 13 (my wife too on the same hardware and software- currently iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 14.4). When I enter something in the Safari search field and the results are displayed, clicking on any link in the top row (the one that you can scroll horizontally with the images) gives the following message. Is there a setting to prevent this? Is this a Google issue or iOS/Safari issue? Happens even on popular websites (any website really except for Amazon). Very annoying.

Found the issue in case anyone runs into this... Had ad blocking enabled on my eero Pro mesh system which would explain why both my wife and I were experiencing this and no replies in this thread lol. Unchecking ad blocking resolved this issue.
