Safari - Settings sync between devices

I love the new, "always open this domain in reader view" feature in Safari in iOS 11. This combined with Inoreader, gives an extremely fast an pleasant news reading experience. I do have to revert back to iOS 10 for some app support stuff, what will happen to those Safari settings? Are settings for each webpage saved in i Safaris cloud storage? What happens if I have two iOS 11 devices with Safari, will what webpages I open in reader view be synced across devices? Thx!
