Safari Settings

Since I've updated Safari to v10.0 it does not maintain the size settings. I'll expand the view (eyes need help) on the current page then go to another page (expand that one) finish and go back to the original page and it's gone back to the small type.

Is there a preference page that holds these settings that I can trash and start over?

You should have changed the text color for the link to white!

Another Safari preference change I've seen and asked about was under Privacy you used to see an exact number of cookies that were stored when set to only allow sites I visit. Now that number is gone and there is only the manage button. Anyone else wonder about this change? Thanks.
