So does this happen to anybody else - maybe it's normal.

When I'm multitasking and open Safari for the first time in say 20 min or so - there is a small lag 2-3 seconds before I could browse/select a bookmark etc..

But if I've used it recently there's no lag, it's just when I don't open it for sometime. Maybe that's how it should be. Or maybe a full reboot of my iPhone will help just noticed it.

Is this normal behavior?

what iPhone did u use? btw i experienced this too, i'm using iPhone 3GS, i think it's because the RAMs are being used by another apps that in suspended mode, so it's normal.

if you use iPhone 4, i don't think u will experience this issue.

I have the iPhone 4 and I'm having this issue. In safari it's all the time and when txting it's only when I have multitasking tabs open. Very annoying.
