In Windows on IE and Firefox I would be able to scroll down a page as it loaded its content. But in Safari, every single page (the active one and inactive ones in the same window) all stop loading if I'm scrolling. Once I stop scrolling the pages continue to load. What's the deal? Is there any way to fix this?
