safari streaming video cache

I'm trying to capture streaming videos from truefire dot com and can't find them. I've looked in private/var/folders but there isn't anything there. I've tried searching the directories, too.

I'm not sure if the file is a flv or not. The activity window in safari shows activity but not the actual file like when you catch something from youtube.

Any ideas?
