Hello everyone,

I've got this weird issue in Safari as of a few days ago. Everytime I search for something on Google using the address bar of Safari the suggestions fields keep popping up. You know, the bar in the screenshot below. To me it seems like a bug or something. Even more strange is it doesn't happen at other websites, only when searching on Google using that address bar. I tried changing it (switching to Yahoo search, and than back to Google), but that doesn't solve the issue.

Is there any way to fix this? Because it kinda annoys me now. :p

In the Safari prefs, go to Search and uncheck the applicable boxes.

No, you don't understand. :p I do want those suggestions, but somehow that field pops up when I've searched for something using Google, but not at other websites.

Here, I made a video of it.

I'm sorry, but even watching the video, I don't understand what the issue is. Can explain a bit more perhaps?

Look, when I search for something, the suggestions area should not pop up. You can see that it doesn't do that when I'm going to a website. But when I go to Google after a search, it pops right up. That is not supposed to happen, right? :p
