Safari switch tabs key combo

Sometimes when I try to switch tabs with the Command-Shift [ ] keys, it will simply not respond. I can only click between tabs manually. I usually have to quit Safari completely to make it work again. Sometimes this does not work though. Anyone else have this problem?

Which Safari version are you using? In Safari 4 you can use Control+Tab and Control+Shift+Tab instead which seems easier to me. Not really a solution, just a workaround.

And another workaround, as long as you don't have more that nine tabs open at once, is to use Cmd-1 to Cmd-9 to jump to the respective tab in your tab bar.

I'm on the latest 4.0.1. It's been doing on previous versions too. I didn't know about the Control-tab combo. Thanks, I'll try that.

i found a problem with safari's tabs, you have to use the short cut twice.
thats my 60% of the reason why im not using safari.
