Safari tab question

I noticed that some people have have links just below the address bar from sites they previously visited. They just click and a new page appears. How do I set this up?

I got it, never mind.

On the menu click "bookmarks"
Add bookmark
Add it to the Bookmarks Bar

Those are bookmarks. First go to View > "Show Bookmarks Bar." If you wish to add a site, go to Bookmarks > "Add Bookmark..." and select "Bookmarks Bar" from the drop-down menu.
