iPhone Safari tab syncing works one way after downgrading

Hi!

So I downgraded to iOS 10.3.3 today but after restoring and restoring my backup Safari tab syncing doesn't work correctly anymore. My Mac can see my open tabs on my iPhone but my iPhone doesn't show any tabs open on any other device. It's like the feature is not even turned on.

Anybody else seeing this?

Expected behavior, unfortunately. Learned that through the betas. After upgrading to either iOS 11 or High Sierra, syncing then only worked with iOS 11/High Sierra or iOS 11/Sierra (Safari 11).
