Anyone else having problems with Safari in Mavericks not allowing Tabs. I've done the command Tab and even tire File>New Tab. Even tried reinstalling Mavericks. Anyone else having an issue with this? I've reset Safari, I've checked the Tabs menu in Preferences. Really kind of out of fixes.
