Safari text and pics greyed out after scrolling

I go to a web page full of colored text and pictures, scroll down the page now everything is greyed out. Move the cursor over a pic on the page and the color comes back....WTF?? Anyone else having this problem. Restored Safari settings to default and still have the problem.
