Safari Thinks I am in UAE

Post update to Public Beta 5, Safari thinks I am in UAE or Middle East some where, The regional settings are set to US. Screenshot attached.

Anyone else facing such issues or any suggestions how to fix this ?

I have not searched/visited anything to do with UAE region.
