Safari Top Sites Thumbnails

In lion, I have found the thumbnails for top sites in safari don't seem to update, even by visiting the page manually - in some cases they do not show at all.

Is anybody experiencing the same issue/ know how to rectify it?

I have that also. Pictures are not taken and not updated. It happens on again off again. Bug again. Great Lion huh.

Go into safari and show topsides then go into menu "Safari" and report the bug descibed with a show site included.

I haven't had this problem. Have you tried resetting Safari? Probably the only one you need to worry about is the "website icons" one.
