Safari troubles with Ebay. Blue Spinning wheel

I'm currently listing a bunch of stuff on Ebay, and using templates. When I try to change my starting price, the curser shows a blue spinning wheel and changes back to the old price. I have cleared cache, and cookies but have no luck.

What is the blue spinning wheel? I found a couple threads via Google, but they all point to memory or HD issues. I have over 5 GB available when trying to do this. I don't think that is the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I'm running 10.9.3
