More often than not, I am unable to click on any of my Top Sites. If I move the mouse around in the Top Site area, eventually, it will highlight the one that I am currently hovering over and then I am able to click any of them.

This was an issue for me in safari 5.all versions...

Anyone else have this issue? Is it a mouse driver problem or a safari issue?

Being new to Macs, I am unsure how to see what mouse driver I am using. So maybe someone can point me in that direction as well?

Thanks for any help.

I will try that... didn't even know that was possible. Found it in the lower corner of TopSite area since I am not sure where the plist file is. :)

Thanks!

To find the topside plist, open finder navigate to user ( your name) library/ safari and look for the topside plist file and delete it. Since the library is hidden in lion you will have to click on the go menu while holding down the option key and then the library folder will appear.
