Safari Update?

Did anyone else notice that Safari got an update in Leopard to 3.0.4, while the download page for Mac and Windows still says 3.0.3?

It still hasn't fixed that little annoyance that started in 3 beta. If you are scrolled somewhere down a page (on a forum thread or anything else) and you press reload, instead of putting you back where you were like safari 1.x-2.x always did, it leaves you at the top of the page. :(
