Safari Version in 10.7 vs 10.8

I just installed 10.7 Lion and the latest version of Safari, and it's different than what I see at the Apple store. The load progress bar doesn't have the slow to quick motion, it's just different. It's fast on 10.7 though, not sure if slower on others or not.


I ask because I thought Safari was the same App on Lion and Mountain Lion, no?
