Safari video auto start - HELP

I have tried using ClickToPlugin and ClickToFlash to stop videos from auto starting, mostly flash. Some get blocked but sites like USA Today, when you open an article, it starts playing. Their content is coming from bright cove.com but even blocking that site does nothing.

Any suggestions? Running latest El Capitan and safari
