Safari video playback issue in 10.11

Hello!

I have noticed a bug in the newest Safari for 10.11.

My Safari version Version 10.1.2 (11603.3.8)

Open this video in a new tab:


Mute the volume.

Let the video play for a while, open a new tab, or go back to another tab. Now in this tab scroll or click around. After 20 seconds go back to the video tab. You should notice that Safari is fast forwarding this video.

Do you also notice this bug?
