Safari Video Player controller UI

As you know iOS provides a neat native video player UI since iOS 11 (or maybe earlier?). macOS does is too.

However it is not system wide. Youtube still uses it's own controller strips and buttons.

Could I be able to force any video contects playing on safari to use native UI?
