Mojave 10.14.1 and Safari 12.0.1
Safari’s video player is not working. While trying to watch Direct TV from the Safari Browser online, It loads the videos but I get the following message (Sorry, we ran into a problem. Please restart the video player.) When I restart the player it gives the same error message.
I am having this problem with “Direct TV Live shows” and also with the “Movies”. I have verified that I am logged on to Direct TV and this is working on my iPad Pro from the DirecTV App. and also when running it in safari. YouTube videos play with no problems and my MP4 videos also.
I have checked that a I am using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player Version 31.0.0.122 and have the Safari Preferences set to "Auto Play" directv.com website set to Allow. Content Blockers for directv.com set to OFF.
Any help please? The searches on the internet only have replies from 2017 and their suggestions are not covering Mojave. I have tried a few but no luck.
