Whenever I'm trying to watch a video on youtube on my macbook pro (15" mid 2009, 2.53ghz C2D, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB, 4gbs ram, Lion 10.7.3)
An activity called 'QTKitServer-(194) Safari Web content' uses a massive amount of my cpuu resources (see attached photo), around 90%.
This makes the video unwatchable possibly moving to frames every 10seconds. The sound plays better but is still massively choppy.
Why is this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Chris

Thank you for the quick reply! That worked perfectly, although I know I didn't join the HTML 5 trial, I have been in it in the past but didn't like it so left!
Thanks
Chris
