I installed the WebKit, and it fixed the scrolling issue on my rMBP.

Recently, though, I have found that videos appear 'zoomed in'. For example, if I go to the BBC Weather page, and click on the UK Forecast Video, all I see is the presenter's chest, like this:

attachment.php

Instead of this:

attachment.php

I've found that switching tabs, then going back corrects it, and on videos that can be resized, resizing it cures the problem. Switching to full screen and back doesn't fix it though.

I have the same problem in both 'normal' Safari and WebKit.

I don't know if there's some setting that I have messed up, if it's a Safari bug, or if it's a problem with WebKit.

I suppose the first thing to do is rule out WebKit, but I don't know how to completely remove it, and any settings changes it may have done to Safari.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks.
