Safari Website Notifications

I have a problem on both of my MacBook Pros where anytime I reboot, my notifications in Safari no longer work. I have to go to Safari Notifications and delete all the notifications in there, revisit the sites and accept the notifications popup.

The only computer that doesn't seem to be affected of mine is my 2012 i7 Mini running Mavericks.

Any ideas to stop this on Yosemite?
