Safari won't clear my cookies even after clearing history and emptying cache?

It will delete my history and seem to have deleted all my settings but when I go back to a message board that I frequent often, my user name is still logged in. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

check 'Keychain Access' app in the utilities folder

it might have stored the username in here

When you RESET the new Safari it no longer gives you the option to clear cookies. Instead you must check CLEAR ALL WEB DATA, which includes the cookies and cache.
