Safari won't load some pages

Hi guys, I noticed that Safari won't load same pages or it load them very slow. I tried to open same web on Chrome and it load it without any issue. I suspected my extensions, but even if I unistalled them all, problem stil persists. But I have notieced that I have same issue on High Sierra.

edit: Now i tried to open that sites in anonymous mode. Safari loaded them without issue.
