'Safari' won't save Bookmarks

I'm using 'Safari' 5.0.5 on OS X 10.6.7
And I've just noticed 'Safari' isn't saving the 'Bookmarks'

I'm unsure when this happened, as I've never changed anything.

I've made a search on the web, to no avail and I've gone through 'Safari' preferences and search through 'Help' but still no joy!

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix it?
