Safari Won't Show Current Site On iOS 9

I pushed changes to a site via FTP 5 days ago. The changes are visible on Chrome for iOS, desktop, etc., but they are still not showing in my Safari app on my iPhone. I've cleared the cookies and history, closed and reopened Safari, rebooted, etc. but nothing fixed it. I even tried the trick of changing the date a couple of days ahead, then clearing the cache and changing the date back, but that didn't help. Any suggestions?
