Safari!!! wtf, is this just on my mac?

Ive noticed something very annyoing with safari.

when i check my email on like say, Hotmail, it loads all the
pictures pretty good on the webpage...

but when i check another email all the pictures DONT load
and i get that stupid Blue "?" box .

i finally realized that i have to quit safari and then launch it
AGAIN to check the next email to get the pictures to load...

it is so annoying
to have to quit safari for each email
just to get the pictures to load.

Apparently it has to do with some sort of Live feature they implemented... I dunno. My Hotmail is Japanese. I don't know if that impacts it, but it seems to do what I expect it to, so I don't know why I'm not having this issue in Safari.
