Safari Zoom Level

I like FF3 but sometimes it locks up on me, so im trying to use Safari 4. The reason i like FF3 is the nosquint addon where you can adjust your zoom level, and it maintains it all the time, i have it like 87% so text is smaller and can fit more text on a page. Is there anyway to hack safari to always make the text smaller each time you open a new tab or window and so i dont gotta hit "command -" each time??

i dont know about safari, but i can suggest you try a new profile for your firefox
