SafariBlock in 3.0.4/10.4.11 not remembering filters

Hi all,

I've had a quick search for this but couldn't find anything.

In Safari 3.0.4 in OS X 10.4.11, SafariBlock 1.3 works fine, except after quitting Safari it won't remember any of the filters from the previous session. Obviously this makes it rather useless. Any idea what's gone wrong? The SafariBlock files are in the global Library/InputManagers folder, not my user account one.
