Hello there,
I've had this problem for at least a year now. Whenever my wi-fi connection is poor and I look something up on google using Safari's address bar (I have Google as Safari's default search engine) it takes forever to load the page and eventually fails. However, if I refresh it, it opens right away. I doubt it has anything to do with a poor wi-fi connection as full website address open up instantly. Same thing If I try doing it on Firefox or select Bing as Safari's default search engine.
Any idea why this is ? This is the only reason why I sometimes use Firefox, which I hate because it's so buggy.
Cheers
