I've been using Chrome forever and recently switch to Safari. There is one thing that drives me crazy! And I wanna know if I can fix this somehow.

When trying to scroll up or down, if I'm not 100% perfect with my fingers going straight up or down, the page will slightly shift to the left or right (as if i'm horizontally scrolling).

It's very hard to scroll PERFECTLY up or down. I'm always going just a tad bit to the left or right as I'm scrolling and just seeing the page bounce to the left or bounce to the right is very irritating. Is there anyway to disable this?

Are you using the Magic Mouse? If yes then there is nothing you can do as far as I know besides using a regular mouse with a scrolling wheel.
