Safe mode stuck going nutsss

Hello There,

I made a post 2 days ago and i have more than 200 views and only 1 reply !!

I am Stuch in Safe mode and I can't figure our what to do, I tried everything from various forums and youtube videos but still am Stuck !!! i cant restore to 4.3.3, and I cant earse..

I have a new icon that appeared Status Notifier.. when clicked it blacks teh screen and back to normal , can earase it , cant figure what is it linked to .

PLease, PLease Please Help ..
