Safe Overclocking on MBP GeForce 9400M

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what setttings people recommend on overclocking the GeForce 9400M in the Macbook Pro 15" 4GB RAM. I'm running off bootcamp with Windows 7 64 bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
