I have an iPhone 7 running IOS 11.4.1. Is it safe to update to IOS 12 now? I see a couple of posts about battery life decreasing, but it looks like it returns to normal after usage. Any other reason to wait for 12.1?

iOS 12 is actually the first update in a while that I told everyone to just install on release day. It's been remarkably trouble free, even though most of the beta period.
