Safe to use latest iTunes 10 with JB/unlocked i4?

Is it safe to use the latest iTunes with my 4.0.1 jb and unlocked iPhone 4?

Also, safe in case I ever need to restore to 4.0.1 using the shsh blob I have backed up?

Thanks. I think it's already been addressed but I want to be 100% sure before I upgrade from 9 to 10.

Yes. I've done this numerous times with my iPhone 4s.
