I unlocked my 3GS (3.1.2, 05.11.07, model MB717LL) using blacksn0w and since I did that most (not all) the time when I power cycle the phone it comes up in SAFE MODE with an option to reboot. When I reboot it comes back fine. Everything works fine but the "crash" concerns me.

Is this "normal" for an unlocked phone?

If I uninstall blacksn0w will it also remove the unlock?

Safe mode is normally caused by conflicts between cydia apps from recent installs.
Everyone's will do this now and then, but if its a constant problem, try experimenting with uninstalling/ re-installing recent apps.
Uninstalling Blacksn0w will remove your unlock

EDIT: when this happens you should be able to just re-spring, not have to reboot

Yes, respring fixes it. Never happened until I unlocked it and I have just about nothing installed other then a a couple themes and monobluetooth. I can live with it. Thanks!
