Safest/Easiest way to JB - IP4 with 4.3.3 firmware and 4.10.01 modem?

Ok, I've done some searching but some of it is older threads and just want to double check to see what is the safest/easiest way to JB my current Iphone? I understand to unlock it, that it needs to be done with a Ultra Gevey sim, correct? Thanks for the help!

Thanks, so in other words don't upgrade to IOS 5 if I plan on using the Gevey Sim, correct? I haven't bought it yet, but was thinking of possibly unlocking the phone too.
