While I was surfing on the Internet with Safari on iPad and I accidentally clicked a link to a suspicious web page. But actually I saw nothing on the page (it seemed a blank page).

And I did a scan with VirusTotal (website where you can check a file/URL with dozens of different security vendors at the same time). The result says "4 security vendors flagged this URL as malicious" (including a well-known vendor, BitDefender).

It seems the webpage contains malware, but I don't know the details, so I'm not sure if the malware works for iPadOS.

I know Safari with iOS/iPadOS are relatively more secure in general, but they are not perfect and in fact, vulnerabilities to bypass sandbag functions are reported in the past.

I would like to know if I'm in danger and if so, what I should do. My iPadOS is the latest version (16.2) and I've already cleared the cache and rebooted the iPadOS.

And here is the malware detected URL.

(note: possibly infected URL removed by moderator)

Thanks.
