Guys, i neeed help.

I have to Macs and only one osx instalation disc

10.5.8

I would like to know if i can install the same osx in both my macs withot conflict

Please answer me...
Thanx:(

Sure, as long as both computers are capable of running that OS version. But if you try to install 10.5 on a 2012 Macbook Pro, it is not going to work because 10.5 does not have the drivers etc. for the newer machine.

The issue you may run into is if that disk is one of the grey ones that come with the computer new, those are tied to a specific model. So the grey install disk from say a 2006 iMac will not work on a 2006 Macbook.

If it is the retail (not grey) OS disc, you can install that on any machine the OS supports.
