What exactly is the issue? It's kinda hard to grok the problem from your post.

Are you saying that you're trying to log into a website using two Computers, and one is working and one is not?

If that's the case, then there is no difference.

Is caps lock on or something?

Come on. Seriously. How can you expect, and how can anyone help you with that complete lack of information? You’ve done the same kind of thing in other posts. Help us to help you.

Sorry Lets just take my Chase Bank Checking Acct. I can login on my desktop with no problem.
Now if i try to login the same site it will tell me that it does not recognize this password or id.

What you posted doesn't make it any clearer.

Are you saying that you can log into the Chase website on your desktop with your password, but you cannot log into Chase on your laptop with the same password?

Please think of those who would like to help in future. Supplying ALL the details including step by step guides will help others help you.

Are you using the same browser on desktop and laptop? Which browser? Safari can store passwords independently of the Keychain. I would check both places to look for inconsistency (or delete the entries for the Chase website from both Safari password storage and from Keychain, then re-enter manually them as Weaselboy suggested. Also you might try deleting the Safari history entries for the Chase website, and clear the cookies for it as well.

Similar with Firefox, unless you have their version of password cloud service turned on: passwords can be local.

If using iCloud Keychain, might want to turn that off on the problem machine and re-enable, to get the sync to happen from the good source.

Don't let Keychain autofill it, but type it in yourself manually.

This. Have seen where a site might have different keychain entries, depending on entry point (eg. http://signon.site.com, createaccount.site.com), and times when things like authorization codes trigger saving of a new "password". Etc. Etc.

And per @arpanet, go to /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app to see what's what re: Chase entries.

OK Thanks

Do you have any browser extensions installed? If so, disable each and everyone of them in case they're causing issues.

Clearing all your cookies is another step lest there's a stale cookie with conflicting information.

You should also try totally different browsers.
