iPhone Same text message on multiple devices

My wife and I share my apple id so we can share apps/music etc,,,When I recently set up my iPhone 5 I must have made some wrong setting and now my wife gets all of my text messages. Even when she texts me with her iPhone she gets a separate copy of her own text.
Ive checked my settings over and over plus searched all over the net and I can find a way to fix it.
Any ideas?

Try this:

Go into settings > Messages > Send & Receive

Make sure only the phone number associated with the phone is checked.
